The characters that you created are full of life and emotion, which makes this picture very lively and fun. The perspectives are interesting, and combines with the placement of the subjects, keeps my eyes interested. You also did a fine job with the detailing.
I love hows although there are a lot of birds, no two are exactly the same. The only problem I have with them is that their wings don't really make any sense in terms of anatomy, but since this whole picture doesn't really make sense, it's not really a big deal.
Overall, the feelings I get from this picture are awesome, and I still feel light as air after writing this long critique. EXCELLENT work!
